RULES FOR SERVICE USERS

• In those cases where documents are required to be scrutinized or checked, in no scenario should the original documents be handed over to the Company or its personnel except in exceptional circumstances, following defined procedure and with the consent of appropriate authority. In any event, Company shall not be held responsible for the loss / steal / pilferage / destroy / damage of Documents handed over for the purpose of executing compliance work.
• Company shall ensure that Documents handed over will be used only for the purpose intended for, however Company shall not be held responsible for any claim of misuse of papers by any person for any other purpose.
• Company shall ensure the completion of all jobs within the specified time period discussed with the clients. However, being an service provider, in no way Company shall be held responsible for any delay in time for execution of jobs by our associated agents \ service provider \ government \ non government bodies.
• Company does not authenticate or certify the validity or genuineness of the documents obtained from the clients or submitted to the respective department for further processing. Company reserves the right not to entertain or reject any application \ enquiry \ query for any job of any nature at any stage without assigning any reasons for the same.
• Primarily, the company shall not be held responsible for storage of records of the clients. However, as a matter of value added services, Company may keep records of all the documents required to be stored with the details of its renewal, expiry etc. Hence, in no manner Company shall be held responsible for getting compliance work done on expiry or renewal. It will be activated only on request from the clients.
• Company shall not commence the process of service request until all the documents/information are submitted in full along with the applicable fees. Company shall consider the effective date for commencement of services to be the date of submission of all documents/information’s required to process the service request along with the payments in full. Specified Time limit for completion of all the services shall be deemed to have commenced from the said effective date.
• Refund of payment will be subject to Refund Policy of the Company
• Company shall not be responsible for processing of incorrect details submitted by the customer. Thereafter any further processing to rectify the error or carry out desired correct changes shall be charged separately.
• Company shall keep, maintain and update latest requirements of documents and Government fees structure for all kinds of services rendered by it. However in an event and at any stage of providing services if it is found that there has been a change in the requirement of documents or Government Fees then services under process shall be governed by the said new requirements and new Government fees structure and it shall be binding on the customers.
• Pick up and Delivery charges are applicable in certain cases and services for individual requests - additional charges will be levied on per visit per location basis.
• It shall be responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery of documents to the authorized person of the Company. In an event of handing over of documents by the customer to unauthorized person, Company shall not be held responsible in any manner.
• Company presupposes that the registered user accepting and agreeing to this terms and conditions has absolute authority to do so on behalf of the other persons for whom he\she request for the services.

Registration

You will need to register with us to place an order for products (memberships, services, shopping, etc.) through this website.
